CONCEPT PLAN REQUIREMENTS

Proposed Layout drawn to a scale of 1"=200' or larger
  1. True north arrow shall be clearly indicated and located at the top left of the study

  2. Arrangement and connection of streets with adjacent properties within 200 ft

  3. The names of adjacent additions or subdivisions or the name of record of owners of adjoining parcels

  4. Adjacent zoning district classifications

  5. General location and size of school sites, park and recreation areas, and other public areas

  6. Location of proposed shopping centers, multifamily residential and other land uses

  7. Proposedwater, sewer, and drainage systems in relation to master plans where they exist for these facilities

  8. Proposed services furnished by private utility companies

  9. Summary of uses by type, number, and acreage

  10. Identification of any flood prone areas and general proposals for such areas

  11. Legal Description

  12. Date of Preparation

  13. Name, address and phone number of owner

  14. Name, address and phone number of preparer

  15. Existing driveways within 200 feet of the site

  16. Existing or proposed median openings within 500 feet of the site

  17. Proposed Zoning of Property

  18. Hike and bike trails

  19. Recordation information identified as either Deed Records (DRCCT) or Plat Records (PRCCT)
